Returns and Refunds

• No Returns or Exchanges
  All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged.

Damaged Products

• If your product arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product at pokemon@terrys-tcgcollectibles.com.

  Include the following in your email:
  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are only provided for items that arrive damaged.
• Items must remain unused and in their original condition to qualify for a refund.
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or third-party handling is not eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the damaged item has been reviewed.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
